Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

If an order is returned, lost or undeliverable because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer may be responsible for the cost of producing and shipping a replacement.
